Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments by phone or in person.
• Answers telephone calls and directs to appropriate staff.
• Verifies insurance eligibility for patients.
• Collects payments and issues receipts.
• Uploads charts/records into EMR and maintains chart accuracy.
• Promotes patient portal for patient-clinic communication.
• Balances cash drawer daily.
• Prepares materials and copies records as needed.
