Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in healthcare administration or healthcare related field preferred.
• Minimum of two to five years clinical or medical practice management/demonstrated leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Create/maintain the provider's schedule and coordinate coverage to ensure shifts are staffed.
• Coordinate resident activities and administrative support with HSHS program.
• Oversee daily radiology operations and address workflow issues.
• Maintain knowledge of radiology exams, procedures, and interpretation workflows.
• Advise on clinical addendums to support timely documentation.
• Manage provider buckets in Athena for efficient case routing.
• Serve as a liaison between radiologists, residents, technologists and operations.
• Onboard and plan coverage; support credentialing and licensing renewals as needed.
• Deliver daily/weekly/monthly metrics and reports.
• Respond to patient billing questions and adhere to HIPAA policies.
