Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Radiology Support Services to oversee daily operations and coordinate workflows within the Radiology Support Services department. You will be the key liaison between leadership and staff, managing scheduling, on-call coverage, and administrative support for radiologists.

Additionally, you will participate in the development and monitoring of annual operating and capital budgets, ensure safety and compliance, and guide training for new staff

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare or radiology.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Kronos timekeeping and radiology IT systems preferred.
• Willingness to be on call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and schedule staff for Radiology Support Services.
• Coordinate daily operations including patient reception and imaging library functions.
• Participate in development and maintenance of the annual operating budget.
