Baystate Health seeks an experienced Supervisor, Radiology Support Services to oversee daily operations of the Radiology Support Services department. Under the Director of Radiology you will coordinate staffing, imaging library functions, patient reception, and radiologist administrative support.

You will lead scheduling, ensure compliant workflows, participate in budgeting, and promote safety. The role requires on-call availability 24/7 and a track record in healthcare operations.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in healthcare or radiology operations.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Kronos and radiology systems preferred.

Mansioni

• Direct, supervise, and schedule Radiology Support Services staff.
• Coordinate daily operations: patient reception, imaging library, and radiologist support.
• Manage Kronos timekeeping and weekly payroll.
• Assist in development and reporting of annual operating budgets.
• Ensure workflows align with hospital policies and safety standards.
