Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee radiologist scheduling, support recruitment and onboarding, and coordinate licensure, credentialing, and hospital privileges with internal teams. The role focuses on tracking key metrics, supporting quality initiatives, and driving process improvements across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration, management, or radiology operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate with physicians and leadership teams.
• Experience in radiology management or private practice operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage radiologist scheduling to ensure full coverage and resolve conflicts.
• Support physician recruiting and onboarding activities including onboarding databases, offer letters, and coordinating with legal teams.
• Coordinate licensure, credentialing, and hospital privilege processes with internal teams.
• Track operational metrics, support quality initiatives, and assist leadership with process improvements.
• Support leadership with escalated study coverage and special projects to strengthen client relationships.
