Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, CO is seeking a Radiology Facilitator I to support teleradiology and Locum Tenens operations. You will assist with meeting prep, tumor boards, and committee coordination, while ensuring licenses and DEAs stay current and radiology workflows run smoothly.

Strong communication, multitasking ability, and familiarity with medical terminology are required; BLS/CPR and radiology software experience are a plus. Competitive benefits available with day-one eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma required or equivalent with radiology/healthcare focus.
• Experience with radiology department workflows and medical software applications.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple items.

Responsibilities

• Support teleradiology and Locum Tenens operations.
• Assist with meeting agendas and section meetings.
• Assist with tumor board, journal club and hospital committee prep.
• Follow up on licenses and DEAs; track renewals.
• Coordinate PACS-related exams and ensure timely report delivery.
