University of Washington's UW Medical Center - Montlake Radiology Department is seeking a Radiology Clinical Operations Manager to lead operational performance across multiple radiology modalities. You will oversee clinical diagnostic radiology units at five campuses, collaborate with senior leaders and physicians, and drive process improvements to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

This full-time, day-shift role requires travel between sites and a strong background in radiology operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Radiology, or Business.
• Current registration as a radiologic technologist in Washington state and ARRT in good standing.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience in a large radiology department.
• 5+ years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Strong leadership, communication and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance across radiology modalities under guidance of senior leadership.
• Coordinate and manage performance improvement activities with directors, radiologists and staff.
• Organize meetings, ensure professional communication, and align operations with UWMC priorities.
• Oversee overall clinical and technical operation of assigned Radiology modalities.
• Manage business functions and processes for Radiology to optimize patient care and safety.
• Ensure effective use of RIS, PACS, EMR and related systems; identify enhancements.
• Assist with hospital billing, denials, and CPT/RVU updates within Radiology revenue cycle.
• Monitor site operations across multiple campuses for cost-effectiveness and satisfaction.
