• Recruit, develop, and retain imaging technologists; manage scheduling and performance.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and safety programs.
• Manage department budget and capital equipment planning.
• Collaborate with radiologists and hospital leadership to develop services.
