Qualifications
- 5+ years in software professional services and project management.
- PMP (PMI) certified or equivalent is mandatory.
- Experience delivering healthcare IT projects, ideally Radiology Informatics and PACS.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and estimation.
- Ability to influence margins and manage budgets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee large cross-functional projects with budgets typically above €1M/£1M.
- Lead stakeholder communications and governance forums.
- Manage external partners and complex contracts.
- Ensure delivery within scope, time, budget and quality targets.
- Drive risk management and progress reporting with clear actions.
