Job summary

Philips is seeking an Implementation Clinical Lead to guide the Radiology Informatics S&SD team across Central and Eastern Europe. You will lead ~15 clinical consultants, ensure high-quality clinical consulting, and collaborate with sales and delivery to validate designs against clinical requirements.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, German or other languages are a strong plus. Travel up to 60% is expected as this is a field role across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in clinical Radiology Informatics with RIS/PACS exposure.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into concrete implementation approaches.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% across Central and Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of ~15 Clinical Consulting professionals delivering Radiology Informatics implementations across Central and Eastern Europe.
• Ensure high-quality clinical consultancy for Philips RI solutions, including workflow analysis and adoption.
• Partner with Sales and delivery teams to validate designs against clinical requirements and customer needs.
• Educate colleagues on RI solutions (vuePACS, vueRIS) and contribute to methodology development.
