Job summary

Philips in Bothell, WA seeks an experienced Medical-Clinical Program/Project Manager to drive cross-functional clinical programs for ultrasound and ML technologies, and to advance information management and project excellence across Medical & Clinical Affairs, R&D, and Product Management.

You will lead end-to-end studies, establish scalable PM frameworks with agile methods, and develop KPI dashboards to provide transparent insights. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare, medical devices, clinical studies, real-world data, or related technical environments.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Microsoft Forms, with the ability to develop and maintain dashboards and metrics reporting using Power BI; Tableau experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree; PMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple initiatives; travel up to 15% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end clinical program execution and operational excellence by enabling Clinical Development Scientists, Clinical Research Managers, and Clinical Research Associates to deliver high-quality clinical studies on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable regulations, global processes, and company procedures.
• Establish scalable project management and knowledge management frameworks through agile methodologies, standardized requirements documentation, and digital collaboration platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint.
• Lead operational performance management by developing and maintaining KPI dashboards, Kanban boards, and progress reporting tools that provide transparency into study execution, resource utilization, risks, and program outcomes.
• Develop and coach high-performing teams through real-time feedback, mentoring, leadership development, and targeted training programs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and inspection readiness by addressing knowledge gaps, driving adherence to clinical study procedures, and supporting audits and corrective actions within timelines.
