Job summary

Philips is seeking an Implementation Clinical Consulting Lead for North Europe to drive Radiology Informatics Service & Solution Delivery. Lead a 20+ headcount team, educate sales resources, and ensure clinical adoption of RI solutions across the UKI and Nordics.

You will design solutions, guide executives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful implementations. This role requires 7+ years in Radiology Informatics, a clinical Master's, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Radiology Informatics.
• Masters degree in clinical field or equivalent.
• Proven ability to structure problems and design customer-facing solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Extensive experience with Philips RI products.
• Willingness to travel >80%.
• Interacts with senior management and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Radiology Informatics Service & Solution Delivery Implementation Clinical Consulting team in North Europe.
• Educate and coach team and sales resources in Radiology Informatics Solutions.
• Validate solution design to fit clinical requirements during presales for complex Philips RI implementations.
• Develop strategic relationships and guidance to C-level customer leaders.
• Provide consultative support throughout sales, implementation and adoption.
• Support and advise the salesforce during customer acquisition.
• Ensure successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips RI solutions.
• Resolve complex issues with in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
• Implement strategic policies for North Europe and guide testing of workarounds and new functionality.
• Coach Clinical Consulting Europe and customers in handling complex situations.
• Be an active member of the Clinical Consulting Community Europe to share knowledge.
