Job summary

Philips Plymouth, MN seeks a Service Project Manager – Advanced Imaging to drive installation projects, validate sites, and coordinate field engineers. You will own installation plans, ensure sequencing of cabling, calibration, and customer sign-off, and migrate processes to ServiceMax.

Travel is limited to 10% with onsite collaboration. You’ll work cross-functionally with Bedford site teams, SPS Parts, and customers to prevent delays and improve efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare tech

Qualifications

3+ years of field service project management or installation coordination experience.
Experience coordinating multi-site equipment installations in regulated environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Health Sciences, or related field; PMP desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead HyperVue console installations from start to finish with site-readiness validation and scheduling.
Coordinate field service engineers, monitor milestones, and ensure customer sign-off.
Migrate installation processes to ServiceMax and maintain data quality across projects.
Serve as central coordinator between manufacturing, commercial teams, and customer facilities.
