Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform provider-ordered digital X-ray studies and support patient care under supervision. You will position patients, ensure safety, operate imaging equipment, and assist with documentation as directed.

Responsibilities include front desk duties when needed, collaboration with care teams, and travel to affiliated facilities as required. Licensure and BLS requirements apply per state guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold Limited Scope Radiology Licensure or General Machine X-Ray Operator Licensure as required by state.
• Basic life support (BLS) is preferred/required prior to independent patient care.

Responsabilités

• Performs provider-ordered radiographic examinations for specific anatomical parts.
• Positions patients properly and uses radiation protection practices.
• Selects appropriate technical factors to safeguard patient and equipment.
• Assists in medical documentation and clinical duties as directed.
• Contributes to a positive culture and teamwork in patient care.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Travel to other facilities or adjust hours as needed by management.
• Performs front desk duties if required (registration, scheduling, phone answering).
