Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital Radiology Department setting.
• Knowledge of Radiology Information System (RIS) and Hospital Information System (HIS) preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new technology (PACS, CR, DR).
• Flexibility to work variable hours and support a team in a dynamic Imaging Department.

Responsibilities

• Schedule imaging procedures and coordinate with technologists and radiologists.
• Process radiographs, transport patients, and prepare for procedures.
• Download outside CDs into PACS and operate film digitizing equipment, CD burners and scanners.
• Assist with monthly quality control, safety duties and staff training as part of the team.
