Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care information technology, computer science, or related area.
• Epic Radiant Certification is required or highly preferred.
• 3-5+ years of radiology IT experience with strong clinical workflow knowledge.
• Proven ability to support regulatory compliance and high system availability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and willingness to participate in 24-hour on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the system development lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, implementation, and production support.
• Maintain application integrity and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop documentation and support materials for users and IT staff.
• Ensure high system availability and superior customer service.
• Collaborate with radiology and IT teams across the health system for effective issue resolution.
