Qualifications

• Nine (9) years of related experience, education/training; OR a Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration or related area plus five (5+) or more years of relevant experience/training.
• Licensed technologist in a radiology modality.
• Experience with subject matter knowledge of a radiology modality, with ability to apply principles to an acute care setting to ensure operations meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises licensed radiology technologists providing diagnostic and patient care services.
• Monitors staff utilization and productivity; reviews imaging results for protocol compliance.
• Trains radiology technologists on new techniques, systems, equipment, protocols, and regulatory requirements; mentors staff.
