Job summary

UC Davis Health is seeking a Radiology Supervisor to lead imaging services across 48X complex and affiliated sites. You will supervise technologists, ensure quality control of radiology equipment, and support administrative functions in a fast-paced, patient‑centered environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and high-quality diagnostic imaging, with on-site responsibilities and potential site rotation across UC Davis imaging facilities.

Qualifications

• Valid CRT and ARRT(N)/MR/ARDMS certification as applicable.
• AHA/BLS/UC Davis Health CPR required.
• Minimum five years as a technologist with at least three years imaging experience.
• Supervisory/leadership experience and HR knowledge.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission requirements and hospital policies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-demand setting.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and supervise imaging services across shifts.
• Oversee QC of fixed and mobile radiology equipment.
• Handle administrative and financial management tasks.
