UC Davis Health is seeking a Radiology Services Manager to lead mammography imaging operations across our health network. You will oversee clinical, administrative and fiscal functions to ensure high-quality patient care, access and budget adherence, while guiding continuous process improvement.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will develop and maintain a cohesive team environment, manage clinical staff, and ensure safe imaging delivery across locations in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• 50% - CLINICAL OPERATIONS
• 20% - PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT, STAFF DEVELOPMENT AND ENGAGEMENT
• 20% - FISCAL MANAGEMENT
• 10% - REGULATORY, COMPLIANCE AND EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS
