Job summary

Dignity Health Medical Foundation is seeking an Imaging Services Supervisor to oversee imaging operations, drive regulatory compliance, and ensure high-quality patient care across our California facilities.

You will lead a skilled team, promote professional development, and partner with leadership to optimize workflows and resource allocation, leveraging PACS, RIS, and EMR systems to support imaging modalities.

Qualifications

• Formal AMA school of Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of supervisor or lead experience.
• One of ARRT Radiography/MRI/CA sonographer/Interventional/ Nuclear Medicine/ Mammography credentials.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology for imaging, operation of radiology equipment, and radiation safety.
• Experience with PACS, RIS, EMR, and other imaging IT.
