Job summary

Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center is seeking a Manager of Radiology to oversee operations, drive strategic planning, and ensure quality and safety across radiology services in Washington, DC.

The role requires 5 years of progressive leadership experience and 2 years as a radiology technologist, with ARRT certification and a strong focus on staff development and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Completion of AMA-sponsored School of Radiologic Technology.
• 5 years of leadership experience.
• 2 years of radiology technologist experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop long- and short-range goals for the department in line with hospital objectives.
• Establish action plans and monitor results with leadership collaboration.
• Educate staff on regulatory compliance and address deficiencies.
• Mentor new unit leaders.
• Ensure staffing and performance expectations are met with feedback.
• Integrate clinical, service, administrative and educational aspects of the department.
• Oversee payroll, records, and RMS data integrity.
• Review physical environment and report deficiencies as needed.
