Job summary

Dameron Hospital Association seeks an experienced Imaging Department Manager to oversee daily operations, patient services, scheduling, budgets, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Master's Degree: Preferred
• Five years' registered technologist experience: Preferred
• One year's leadership experience: Preferred
• Certification of Radiologic Technologists (CRT) in state of practice: Required
• ARRT certification: Required
• Current California State Fluoroscopy license required
• Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association (AHA)

Responsibilities

• Meet the clinical needs of physicians, patients and staff.
• Supports developing an integrated service line for diagnostic imaging.
• Manages daily operations of the department with schedules and performance monitoring.
• Oversees department budgets, payroll and capital expenditures.
• Ensures equipment and procedures meet diagnostic needs in a timely manner.
• Lead staff development, competencies and imaging protocols.
• Plan equipment procurement, maintenance and replacement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CDPH and other regulators.
• Represent the department in committee meetings.
