Job summary

Summit Medical Group seeks a Radiology Manager to steer day-to-day operations across diagnostic imaging sites under the Imaging Director. You will ensure quality patient care, manage budgets and payroll, and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and payors.

The role requires ARRT/ARDMS board certification, leadership experience, and at least 3 years as a Radiologic Technologist, with a focus on safety and accreditation across modalities.

Qualifications

• Board certified in a specialized modality (ARRT/ARDMS) is required.
• Leadership experience in addition to 3 years’ experience as a Radiologic Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of diagnostic imaging sites and ensure high patient care standards.
• Manage site operations, budgets, and relationships with referring offices and payors.
• Lead staff meetings, performance evaluations, and retention initiatives; ensure staff training and CEU compliance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, radiation safety, and accreditation requirements for all modalities.
• Coordinate with Imaging Director and Radiologists to maintain protocols and service quality.
