Job summary

MedStar Radiology Network at Lafayette in Washington DC is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager for a full-time position at our outpatient imaging center. Lead operations, coordinate staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with medical leadership to deliver exceptional patient care.

The role emphasizes staffing, training, performance feedback, budgeting, and process improvement to support service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years relevant experience with at least two years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Knowledge of modern business and supervisory techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing levels and recruitment to match needs.
• Train and evaluate staff; provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Coordinate daily imaging center operations and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Radiology faculty on programs and strategies.
• Manage budgeting and cost control within the center to meet targets.
• Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Partner with HR on required paperwork and staff onboarding.
• Drive exceptional service and patient experience across the center.
