Job summary

Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health seeks a Radiology/Imaging Supervisor to lead the Radiology Department. You will coordinate daily imaging operations, supervise staff, manage staffing and workflow, and ensure safe, timely diagnostic imaging services.

On site, you will partner with Radiologists, physicians, nursing, ED and Surgical Services to support efficient patient care and drive quality, safety, and continuous improvement in imaging.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• Bachelor’s degree in radiologic sciences, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily imaging operations and staffing to ensure efficient workflow.
• Supervise radiology staff and manage patient throughput and departmental operations.
• Maintain safe, timely, high‑quality diagnostic imaging services and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Radiologists, physicians, nursing, ED and Surgical Services to support patient care.
