The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's preference and AMA-accredited radiologic technology education, plus leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Completion of AMA-sponsored School of Radiologic Technology.
• Experience in radiology leadership and supervision preferred.
• Strong regulatory and quality compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Establishes long- and short-range goals for the department aligned with hospital objectives.
• Plans actions with staff and follows up on performance and compliance.
• Educates staff on regulatory requirements and proactively addresses deficiencies.
• Mentors new unit leaders and ensures staff competency and licensure.
