Atlantic Health is seeking personnel to perform patient assessments and manage care in an outpatient diagnostic imaging setting under the supervision of a Radiologist. The role includes assisting with exams, addressing patient questions, and providing film library and clerical support for the department.

Responsibilities include performing preliminary image evaluations, verifying prescriptions, and ensuring smooth patient transport and documentation within a clinical imaging workflow.

Qualifications

• Performs patient assessments and manages care within outpatient imaging.
• Operates in a diagnostic imaging environment under Radiologist supervision.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding patient diagnosis and information.

Responsabilités

• Generates preliminary image report evaluations and assists with bone density exams.
• Verifies patient prescriptions prior to exams.
• Provides fluoroscopy procedures/exams and assists patients courteously.
• Completes paperwork associated with technical procedures.
• Transports patients between hospital areas for testing.
