Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a friendly Front Office Associate to greet patients, check them in, answer phones, schedule appointments, and register patients in a cheerful, professional manner.

This temporary/PRN position runs various shifts between 7:00am and 4:30pm, includes Saturday, with pay ranging from $17.14 to $24.78 per hour based on experience. DailyPay is available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and route calls to Center Team Members.
• Schedule exams, referrals, and obtain proper authorizations.
• Process image orders and scans; maintain lobby and patient records.
