Rayus Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team. You will greet and register patients, answer phones, schedule imaging appointments, and assist referring professionals with a cheerful, professional approach. The role includes coordinating with clinic staff and processing payments and copays.

The position is part-time (20-29 hours) with Saturday and Sunday shifts, 7:00am–5:00pm. The pay range is $19.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience, with DailyPay available after setup.”

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; process payments and copays.
• Answer phones and handle calls efficiently.
• Coordinate with imaging technologists and patients; relay messages.
• Maintain front desk organization and supplies; assist with cleanup.
• Schedule appointments, process orders, and verify insurance where needed.
