Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to greet and register patients, answer phones, and schedule imaging appointments with a cheerful, professional demeanor.

The role is casual/temporary with hours 7:30am - 4:45pm, as needed, and includes daily pay options and benefits based on eligibility. Candidates should have at least a High School Diploma and 1 year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and route calls efficiently to Center Team Members.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Complete other tasks and projects as assigned.
