RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate for a part-time role in Creve Coeur, MO. You will greet patients, check them in, schedule imaging appointments, answer phones, and register patients in a cheerful, professional manner, supporting the smooth operation of the imaging center.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service experience, proficiency with computers and MS Office, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and check in for imaging services; process payments and co-pays as needed.
• Answer phones and handle calls in a friendly manner; relay messages to Center Team Members.
• Coordinate with imaging technologists and patients; provide scan status updates.
• Maintain front office lobby; organize supplies and assist with cleanup.
• Order office supplies and maintain patient information sheets.
• Assist with patient scheduling and confirmations; provide preparation instructions.
