Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate in Saint Louis Park, MN to greet patients, register them for imaging services, answer phones, and coordinate with care teams. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with no weekends, and includes benefits and DailyPay options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient with computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Register patients for imaging, collect payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and route calls to the Center Team Members.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorization when required.
• Schedule exams, referrals, and coordinate patient transport as needed.
• Assist with front office tasks and maintain lobby organization.
