RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team in Missouri. Responsibilities include greeting patients, registering them for imaging, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating referrals and authorizations.

The role starts with a 6:30am–3:00pm shift, with rotational Saturdays, and DailyPay is available. The position emphasizes friendly, professional service, accurate data entry, and effective communication with patients and referring providers.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Register patients and check in for imaging; collect payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and route calls to Center Team Members.
• Field phone calls appropriately for Center Team Members.
• Liaise between imaging technologists and patients; relay scanner/status information.
• Maintain front office lobby organization and assist with office cleanup.
