Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of progressive radiology experience, including supervisory or leadership roles
• Extensive knowledge of radiology principles, imaging equipment, and safety standards
• Strong leadership, data analysis, and budget/operations management experience
• Excellent communication and patient-focused service

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations: staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Drive operational excellence by policies, patient flow, and quality improvement
• Build and manage high-performing teams through hiring, training, and performance management
• Ensure regulatory, safety, and accreditation compliance including radiation safety
• Analyze performance and financial data to drive outcomes and growth
