Job summary

Jefferson Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice in Connecticut, seeks a Lead Clinical Training professional to oversee onboarding and ongoing staff development across nurses, EMTs, and technologists. You will act as the primary clinical resource for patient care practices and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate daily operations, support staffing needs, and drive continuous improvement across sites while championing safety and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• BSN graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed by the State as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Current AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Five years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical training, onboarding, and ongoing staff development for nurses, paramedics, EMTs, technologists, and physicians.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for staff on patient care practices, protocols, and operations.
• Oversee quality assurance initiatives including medical chart audits and documentation reviews.
• Coordinate daily clinical operations and assist with staffing and scheduling in the absence of leadership.
• Evaluate and implement new clinical equipment and support process improvements.
