Job summary

Jefferson Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice in Connecticut, seeks a Clinic Operations Leader to direct staffing, budgeting, and patient care workflows. You will drive patient flow improvements, oversee safety protocols, and build cross-trained teams across imaging centers.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of radiology principles, imaging equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong proficiency in RIS, PACS, and related systems.
• Understanding of healthcare operations, including insurance, billing, and coding.
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams and analyzing data.
• Excellent communication and patient-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing policies, optimizing patient flow, and leading quality initiatives.
• Build and manage high-performing teams through hiring, training, coaching, and cross-training.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards while overseeing radiation safety and clinical quality protocols.
• Analyze performance and financial data to improve outcomes and support growth.
