Job summary

Jefferson Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice, seeks a scheduling-focused team member to support outpatient imaging across the Greater Connecticut area.

You will coordinate patient appointments, understand site modalities and hours, and liaise with referring physicians while representing the clinic with a friendly, professional approach. Competitive compensation and comprehensive rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling and/or medical billing application preferred.
• Excellent dictation, communication skills, and telephone manner.
• Good understanding of ICD coding preferred.
• Knowledge of medical insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for multiple offices and modalities in a timely, accurate manner.
• Understand site modalities offered and hours of operations.
• Coordinate across modalities including Mammography, Bone Density, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, MRI, CT, and Nuclear Medicine.
• Represent the practice with patients and referring physicians in a pleasant, professional manner.
