Job summary

Jefferson Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee one or more outpatient imaging sites in Connecticut. You’ll lead daily operations, budgeting, staffing, workflow, and ensure service excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in radiology leadership, plus strong RIS/PACS knowledge, regulatory compliance, and a commitment to safety and patient experience. Competitive rewards and a team-focused culture are offered.

• Five+ years radiology leadership experience
• Experience with RIS/PACS systems
