Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of related experience in radiology must be demonstrated.
• Knowledge of radiography tools, imaging safety and QA processes.
• Familiarity with imaging equipment and clinical workflows.
• Ability to coach staff and lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging equipment and ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
• Monitor patient condition and alert physicians to complications.
• Provide guidance to staff and coordinate departmental operations.
• Precept new staff and develop teams to meet needs.
• Organize services and oversee scheduling to maintain turnaround times.
• Ensure compliance with department policies and safety regulations.
