Job summary

Real Radiology is seeking a Physician Ambassador to serve as a dedicated advocate for Radiologists and a trusted liaison with the company. You will deliver a personalized, reliable experience and build long-term relationships with physicians.

In this role you will onboard new radiologists, support day-to-day needs, coordinate across departments, resolve issues, forecast future needs, and ensure seamless communication and follow-through to strengthen engagement and partnership with Real Radiology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, customer service, hospitality or office admin setting preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general business/computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary trusted contact for Radiologists, coordinating scheduling, case mix, workload questions and productivity metrics.
• Own onboarding and orientation for new radiologists (1099 relationship).
• Track licenses and certifications, flag renewals to prevent lapses.
• Anticipate Radiologist needs and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Scheduling, IT, Accounting, Credentialing, Leadership.
• Communicate proactively with Radiologists and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements to leadership.
• Independently manage projects and special assignments with minimal oversight.
