  • Assist in the coordination and execution of training sessions for onboarding radiologists.
  • Support the development and distribution of training materials, documentation, and user guides.
  • Track and maintain onboarding completion of records and progress reports.
  • Prepare quality-related documentation and reports as needed.
  • Adhere to internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with implementation and maintenance of Peer Review and QA processes.

Physician Training and Quality Coordinator

The Physician Training & Quality Coordinator will support the Physician Training & Quality Manager in the implementation and management of training and quality assurance programs for radiologists. This role will assist in preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, tracking physician performance data, and supporting the quality assurance process. The Coordinator will play a vital part in ensuring that training and operational processes align with organizational goals, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. This position is full time and in the office during regular business hours.

Job Functions
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of training sessions for onboarding radiologists.
  • Support the development and distribution of training materials, documentation, and user guides.
  • Stay current with advancements in radiology software and be able to continuously improve training materials.
  • Track and maintain onboarding completion of records and progress reports.
  • Provide support for radiologist questions related to software tools and training content.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Peer Review and QA processes.
  • Prepare quality-related documentation and reports as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress, training initiatives, and QA documentation.
  • Adhere to internal and external regulatory requirements, including industry standards and company policies.
