Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a Physician Recruiter to source, recruit and place qualified candidates for remote radiology physician roles. You will manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate identification and screening to placement and onboarding, ensuring alignment with our healthcare partners.

The role requires energetic, metrics-driven professionals with strong communication skills, a background in physician recruitment, and experience in flexible remote work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience with 3+ years of physician recruitment
• BS/BA preferred; Healthcare or Radiology experience preferred
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, contract negotiation skills
• Understanding of RP Practice Model and employment trends
• Ability to handle multiple requests under deadline and work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle physician recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, offers
• Coordinate with Ops, HR & Legal to make offers
• Pre-qualify applicants based on RP standards
• Use analysis and benchmarking to forecast staffing needs
• Manage data and administration of recruiting efforts
• Develop and implement recruitment marketing plans
• Travel up to 25% for conferences and meetings
