Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the efforts to recruit radiologists by managing process logistics and delivering a strong candidate experience. This role is responsible for sourcing and validating leads, coordinating interview schedules, ensuring rapid initial responses, and handling administrative tasks to help drive efficient recruitment.
Job Functions
- Candidate Sourcing & Lead Validation
- Proactively source candidates via job boards, professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, ACR, Practice Match), internal databases, and industry events.
- Perform initial screening calls and validate candidate qualifications, licensure, credentials, and experience relevant to Real Radiology.
- Maintain and update Salesforce.
- Scheduling & Logistics
- Coordinate interview logistics.
- Ensure all necessary participants receive calendar invites, pre‑interview materials, and reminders.
- Candidate Communication & Experience
- Serve as primary point of contact for candidates in the early stage: acknowledge applications, confirm receipt, provide realistic timelines, respond to inquiries promptly.
- Deliver a consistent, professional, and positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Communicate status updates to candidates regularly.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Partner with recruiters, leadership, and HR to understand staffing needs.
- Participate in or lead recruitment strategy meetings and campaigns.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce time to hire, eliminate bottlenecks, or enhance candidate flow.
- Assist in planning recruiting events, conferences, or hospital/medical group outreach.

- Familiarity with radiology or medical group staffing preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using ATS, HRIS, credentialing software, and Microsoft Office.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential or sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or commensurate experience).
- 1–3+ years of experience in recruitment, coordination, or administrative roles—ideally in healthcare or clinical settings.
- Experience using ATS, HRIS, credentialing software, and Microsoft Office.
