Radiology Partners is seeking a Physician Recruiter to source, screen, and place qualified radiology physicians for remote roles nationwide. The role covers the full recruitment cycle, from candidate identification through onboarding, with collaboration across Ops, HR, and Legal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience with 3+ years in physician recruitment.
• BS/BA preferred; healthcare or radiology experience valued.
• Sourcing, interviewing, negotiation and strong radiology knowledge.
• Familiar with RP practice model, contract language and employment trends; strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle physician recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate with Ops, HR & Legal to extend offers and manage process.
• Pre-qualify applicants based on standards and RP values.
• Analyze recruiting processes and project future staffing needs.
• Maintain recruiting data and implement strategy/marketing plans.
• Occasional travel up to 25% for conferences and meetings.
