Job summary

Real Radiology, LLC is seeking a Physician Ambassador to serve as a dedicated advocate for radiologists and a trusted liaison with the company. The role centers on onboarding, day-to-day support, coordinating across departments, and proactively addressing needs to ensure a top-tier experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, customer service, hospitality or office admin setting preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general business/computer applications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for Radiologists, coordinating on scheduling, case mix, workload questions, compensation questions, productivity metrics, and quality assurance items.
• Own onboarding and orientation for new radiologists, ensuring a smooth start to the independent contractor relationship.
• Partner with Licensing and Credentialing to track licenses and certifications and flag renewals.
• Anticipate Radiologist needs and independently resolve issues, escalating only when necessary.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Scheduling, IT, Accounting, Credentialing, and Leadership to represent radiologist needs.
• Communicate proactively, keeping Radiologists informed of updates and responding to inquiries promptly.
• Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements to leadership.
• Independently manage projects and special assignments with minimal oversight
