Job summary

Carle Health in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures using a variety of imaging equipment under radiologist supervision.

You will review patient history, administer IV/contrast as needed, ensure safety, and maintain imaging systems and compliance. Sign-on and relocation bonuses may apply; qualified candidates with ARRT, IEMA license, and BLS are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field and radiologic technology certification.
• BLS certification current; ARRT registration within 1 year.
• Illinois radiologic technologist license required.
• Experience with IV contrast and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures and process patient exams per protocols.
• Review cases with radiologist and assess patient history for accuracy.
• Administer IV/contrast as appropriate and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Screen for pregnancy and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Maintain imaging equipment and PACS data; support staff and students as needed.
