Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiology with precision and care. You will adapt procedures under radiologist direction to obtain high-quality images while ensuring patient safety.

The role requires ARRT Radiography registration, IEMA licensure, and a completion certificate in Radiologic Technology. You will work in a dynamic imaging department with focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Certification as Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Illinois IEMA license.
• Certificate of Completion in Radiologic Technology.
• Related field work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic diagnostic procedures ensuring accurate examinations per standards.
• Apply correct views, filters, collimation, markers and patient identification.
• Maintain patient comfort and radiation protection during procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment and have expert knowledge of imaging systems.
• Enter patient data accurately into HIS and PACS systems.
• Support department operations and maintain supplies and room readiness.
