Qualifications
- BLS within 30 days (AHA)
- ARRT-registered radiologic technologist
- IEMA radiologic technologist license (Illinois)
- ACLS within 1 year (AHA)
- Associate's degree or related field
Responsibilities
- Administers contrast material per physician request.
- Circulates, scrubs, and monitors Cath/IR procedures.
- Assists with equipment prep and inventory.
- Verifies patient identity and chart information.
- Ensures patient safety and ALARA principles.
- Takes on-call duties and may float to other areas.
