Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiologic procedures for patients of all ages under the direction of a Radiologist. The role emphasizes independent judgment to adapt procedures for optimal diagnostic results while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications include ARRT registration, Illinois IEMA licensure, BLS, and an associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Registered in Radiography (ARRT) required.
• BLS within 30 days after hire.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist - Illinois - IEMA.
• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic diagnostic procedures accurately and safely.
• Act as resource for staff; ensure image quality with proper filters and markers.
• Maintain.patient comfort, shielding, and efficient workflow.
• Troubleshoot equipment and maintain clean work area.
• Assist with lab testing as appropriate.
• Process images and paperwork timely for reports.
