Job summary

MedStar Health’s Franklin Square Medical Center in Baltimore, MD seeks a Radiologic Technologist II for a part-time role. You will deliver high-quality imaging, support OR procedures with C-Arm or O-Arm, and ensure patient safety and comfort while following protocols.

Requirements include ARRT certification, Maryland or Virginia license, an associate degree or Radiologic Technology certificate, BLS, and 3+ years in diagnostic radiography and fluoroscopy.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; or Certificate in Radiologic Technology (pre-2015) from an accredited program.
• Three or more years of diagnostic radiography and fluoroscopy experience.
• ARRT certification required upon hire.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist in Maryland and/or Virginia upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital fluoroscopic and portable radiology equipment per protocol.
• Maintain patient safety and image quality while documenting care.
• Assist in OR procedures with C-Arm and/or O-Arm support.
• Document patient care activities in EHR and distribute images to PACS.
